Everyone’s time is valuable...and can be variable. Please look over the following policies.

All payments made to Courtney Robertson are NON-REFUNDABLE*.

TRAVEL FEE: A travel fee of $0.40 cents/ per mile will be due upon arrival for all areas 25 miles outside Wichita Falls Texas or Omaha Nebraska.

WEATHER POLICY: Session will be rescheduled for the weather at the discretion of Courtney Robertson. 

​

CANCELLATIONS: Sessions booked with Courtney Robertson  may not be cancelled for any reason, but can only be sold and approved of my Courtney Robertson. I require a 14 day notice before any sessions can be sold.

REGULAR SESSIONS: Your time is valuable as well as mine. Please be on time to your session. If you arrive late, it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late a 15% surcharge will be added to your session fee. If you are 30 minutes late a 30% surcharge will be added to your session fee. Any added surcharge will be due before you view your images. 

Regular Sessions include immediate family only. (5 people or less)Extended Family Sessions add a surcharge of $25 per person for additional editing.

MINI SESSIONS: Your mini session is offered at a low price because I photograph sessions all day with a tight schedule. If you are late for your time slot, I will use remainder of your time to get the best possible images. If you are late enough to miss your session, your remaining payment is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. If you choose to reschedule a mini session, you must pay the full session fee.

NO SHOWS AND 'DAY OF' CANCELLATIONS: If you choose not to show up to a session then all other sessions scheduled with Courtney Robertson Photography you will be billed the entire session fee and will be automatically withdrawn from your card on file. 
 

DISCOUNT OR FREEBIE SESSIONS: Freebie sessions must be scheduled within 10 days of contacting us.  The session must take place within 30 calendar days and can not be rescheduled unless under weather conditions determined only by Courtney Robertson.

 

RESCHEDULES: Sessions that are rescheduled on the behalf of the client must have a the full session fee paid in before the start of the session. If it is a free or discounted session, the session fee for my full sessions must be paid, at full price.

*If your session is not sold within 7 calendar days from the date of notice, your photo session transfer is forfeited and you will be billed the entire session fee and it will be automatically withdrawn from your card on file. Due to the nature of our business we can not be held responsible for forgotten or missed sessions. If you have any question please contact us!

Reveal Session Cancellations

If you choose to reschedule or cancel your reveal session, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee. 

All products are delivered after payment is processed.

DISCOVERY CALLS: Discovery calls or consultations must be scheduled within 10 days of contacting us.

GRAPHIC DESIGN:

1) When I receive your payment I will email you with a confirmation email and we will schedule your consultation or discovery call. During your consult,  you will  need to provide information and input on the logo/graphic style, color, etc. PLEASE PROVIDE INFO VIA EMAIL. 

I have a folder for each project in my email for easy reference to each project.

2) I will email the logo samples within 6 business days (Rush Service Available for an additional charge.)

3) You can then request changes to the logo of your choice. (Please allow time for the revisions if needed this can be 1 - 4 business days depending on the revision request, I do the projects & revisions in the order they are received and try to get all out asap. There is a limit of two revisions per project. Additional revision can be requested and performed for a rate of $5 per revision.)

4) Once you are satisfied with the logo and approve the logo, I will email you the final logo formats.
If you would like more than one of the logo samples provided that can be purchased for an additional
charge.
